With our recent name change comes many other changes for the company as a whole. Outlined below are the details of the changes we will be implimenting over the next few weeks and how they will effect our customers and how we serve you.
The new Maid on Earth website has more company information to help you understand the service we provide and make it easier for you to manage your account with us. Before the end of 2012 you will be able to personally manage your service account with us. If you have regular cleaning services we will be notifying you via email when these new features are added to the site. As always, your personal information will be kept safe and secure.
New Email Address
Our old gmail account email address will be phased out as the customer service email address. This will become Lindsay’s personal email account and you will always be able to contact us using that email address if you have it in your contact list. For future communications we will be providing all our regular customers with the new cusotmer service email address in the next few days.
The new company name means that you will need to make out your payments to Maid on Earth beginning immediately. If you have already made your payment out to Maid Green, it’s ok, we can still accept payments under the old name throughout the month of July 2012. If you pay with online bill pay, please update our company name as soon as possible.
